You work exclusively with Mojo Estates during your search, and in return, you gain access to the full House of Mojo ecosystem and a range of financial advantages.

What are the Mojo Merit Service Credits?
When you purchase through Mojo Estates, you receive a service credit through the Mojo Merit Partnership. This
credit can be used across the entire House of Mojo ecosystem: legal services, annual tax returns, architect and
design studio, furniture, property maintenance, cleaning, laundry, and rental management.

Credit Terms: Valid for 24 months from completion. Applicable to any House of Mojo service. Credits include 21% IVA saving.
How does the 10% legal fee advantage work?
The standard market rate is 1% of the purchase price plus 21% IVA. As a Merit Partnership client, you pay just
0,9% — a 10% discount. On a 1.000.000 € purchase, your saving is 1.210 € on legal fees alone. Combined with
your 6.000 € Merit credit (worth 7.260 € including IVA), your total benefit exceeds 8.470 €.
What is the 50% legal discount when you sell?
If you later decide to sell your property through Mojo Estates, your legal fee is reduced from 1% to 0.5% + IVA.
On a €1,000,000 sale, this creates a saving of approximately €6,050.

How does the Mojo Rentals discount work?
As a Merit Partner, you receive a 10% discount on all Mojo Rentals bookings during both your property search and ownership journey.

Mojo Rentals currently manages over 70+ Costa del Sol properties, supported by:
- Mojo Maintenance

What Can I Do During the Partnership?
We actively encourage you to search for properties yourself. Browse any portal: Idealista, Fotocasa, Rightmove,
Kyero, Green-Acres — and send us links to anything you like. Attend open days and developer launches —
simply let your Property Advisor register you as a Mojo client first. The only thing we ask is that you share any
listing with your Property Advisor before making contact, so we can represent you and secure the full Merit
Partnership benefits.
