Required Bedding Specifications
To ensure proper fit and maintain quality standards, properties using our linen subscription need approved duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors in standardized sizes:
- Duvets: 150 x 220 cm
- Pillows: 45 x 75 cm
- Mattress Protectors: According to your bed size
You can purchase these items yourself or we can coordinate procurement at competitive professional prices.
Professional Management
Mojo handles all property management, maintenance coordination, cleaning between owner stays, booking system oversight, and any issues that arise. You receive updates and invoices, but we manage the work—leaving you free to simply enjoy your time in Spain.
Subscription Timeline
The linen and towel subscription is optional throughout 2025, allowing you to experience the service and understand its benefits. From January 1, 2026, it becomes standard for all rental properties managed through Mojo Rentals, ensuring consistent quality across our portfolio.
